Recording Information
“New Adventures in Hi‐Fi” was recorded at a variety of locations including the legendary Bearsville Studios in Woodstock, New York, and the Criteria Recording Studios in Miami, Florida. The recording sessions primarily took place during 1995 and 1996. The album was produced by the band along with producer Scott Litt, who had previously worked with R.E.M. on several of their earlier albums.
